You: Own a Windows PC or OSX Mac with which you're experiencing difficulty. Maybe you need help setting up your wireless internet. Or maybe weird errors are popping up on the screen all the time. Alternatively, you just want to know more about using the web - maybe you even want to setup a home page.

I: Have years of experience trouble-shooting problems and helping people learn how to use their computer better. I specialize in removing "malware" - the viruses and spyware and bugs that plague computers right now.

In case you're wondering where I came by these skills, they're honest ones. I worked for the library teaching internet skills before I volunteered on the board of the Mt. Arrowsmith Community Network (a community ISP that has, sadly, passed on). I've also worked phone-based tech support for MSN (a major American ISP) for almost a year. And that's ignoring my formal education in computer science.
