I am a web developer with an academic background in computer science and english literature; I enjoy studying the trends in online communities, computer games, user-based classification ("folksonomies") and a variety of other esoteric topics. I enjoy developing for the web because the medium allows for computing and communication in different and novel ways. The web is allowing us to use computers in new ways and integrate them into our lives.
